I do not have data of diffused solar radiation for my location. So, would it be okay if I keep values 'Zero' for Diffused solar radiation and only keep Direct solar radiation data in my customized Energy Plus weather file? Or does it have any impact on the output variables? Output Variables are Zone Air temperature, Zone Air Relative humidity, Avg. Surface conduction heat transfer per unit area and Zone ideal loads Sensible Cooling energy demand.

You should be fine. Unusual to have Direct Normal and not Diffuse, however.
