Ideal Loads Air System doesn't meet thermal comfort requirement

Hi, I'm having this problem with Ideal Loads Air System.

Everything seems all right, it's an office building, HVAC system is available when there is occupancy. I had "Zone Thermal Comfort ASHRAE 55 Simple Model Summer or Winter Clothes Not Comfortable Time" output. And it shows it's still uncomfortable even the HVAC is on.

What did I do wrong, why the ideal loads air system didn't meet the loads?

I will be very thankful if anyone can tell me the answer. Thanks!

Have you set Humidification Setpoint and selected Defumidification Control Type in HVACTemplate:Zone:IdealLoadsAirSystem? Or have you set ZoneControl:Humidistad and selected Defumidification Control Type in ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAirSystem? If not, the Ideal Loads Air System will not dehumidify and will not satisfy the thermal comfort.

If the climate is very dry, you may need to humidify (please add Humidifer:Steam:Electric or Humidifer:Steam:Gas).

Keigo your answer makes sense... should you post as an answer rather than a comment?

The following is exactly the same as what I wrote in the comments.
