I would like to model a DWH with timer control(2 types). 1.In the peak load time it should not work 2.Then from 1 am to 5 am it should not work. How to model both these condition as 2 separate case to understand gas usage ?

There are several ways to adjust DHW operation, but the simplest would be either to assign an AvailabilityManager:Schedule with a schedule that specifies the water heater operation period, or adjust the Flow Rate Fraction Schedules specified in the WaterUse:Equipment objects (if that's how you're specifying DHW usage).
