Four Pipe Fan Coil More Design Parameters Measure is taking forever to download. Is this normal?

I've tried downloading this measure multiple times with no success. It just seems to be in a continuous download loop that never ends. How big is this measure? does it usually take this long? How long should I expect. It's been going for more than 6 hours for sure.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. If there's a better way to design fancoil units without this measure please let me know as I am fairly new and more than open to suggestions.
