I tend to use control type: 'OnIfHighSolarOnWindow' and I think 'setpoint' can be used to define what is high solar (please see the screenshot). But I don't know which parameter is allowed to be used in the setpoint. Hope someone can clear my confusion. Thank you! image description

You can refer to the EnergyPlus documentation on the WindowShadingControl object. It includes descriptions for the different control types as well as the setpoint input, the latter of which is dependent on the control type.
