Hi I developed 3 office buildings using designbuilder in order to conduct an energy simulation through energyplus. However, the first model i prepared was okay but second and third building designs are getting 0% energy saving comparatively to their baseline building. The thing is baseline building bears 0 energy for cooling. This seems an issue. Can anyone please help me on this?

If DesignBuilder's LEED functionality is included within your license you can automate the baseline building and HVAC system generation. There is a link at the top of this Help page to the ASHRAE 90.1 user guide to help you check your setup: https://designbuilder.co.uk/helpv6.0/...

Assuming you have a license, if you've already followed that guidance and still can't figure it out you should contact DesignBuilder's Support Desk and provide the relevant information for them to help you: https://support.designbuilder.co.uk/

Hi Sha, there are many possibilities that cause this output such as the schedule of the cooling system set off. If you send your file I can look at it and see If I can help.
