What are user contributions licensed under now that the footer with the Creative Commons license is gone from UnmetHours.com? And what date did the license change occur? Will there be any marking on posts before and after the change to signify which license is applicable?
It looks like a bug -- both the site's header (where it says Unmet Hours) and footer are currently missing. I'm sure the license will be back when it's fixed.
@shorowit I'm not so sure. All the linked pages are missing too leading to Page not found.

@mldichter each of those pages begin with "https://proxy.unmethours.com", not "https://unmethours.com". They are each linked in the footer near the bottom of each Unmet Hours page, and they all seem to be intact

@Aaron Boranian Your are correct! I few more things I found:
There is a space in "started" in "Get s tarted with the Help page".
The light tan rectangle above Training Workshops is blank.
The cc-by-sa logo image in the footer is broken.
I was freaking out that the funding for UnmetHours ran out funding or something and was going away. Phew!
Could you please remove this post when you get a chance? I realize it'll be of little value after the fixes.
The headers/footers are indeed back, but https://proxy.unmethours.com/about.html, for example, doesn't work for me... "An error occurred during a connection to proxy.unmethours.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG"
