Is there a measure to add a real VRF system in Open Studio like it is possible to do with Chillers?

Yep, quick search on BCL found one.

If you want to see VRF in the GUI go 3 minutes into this video

In OpenStudio 1.7 you can download manufacturer specific VRF components from the BCL and then drag and drop them into the Application.
