I need to introduce in my simple building project the natural ventilation whenever the outside temperature permits that.

The best way to model natural ventilation that is controlled by outside temperature limits in OpenStudio is by using the Add Wind and Stack Open Area measure. See a screenshot below of inputs for this measure.

Since this is an EnergyPlus measure, you will only see its impacts on the simulation after you run a simulation.

For more context, you can read a similar post here asking about natural ventilation modeling in OpenStudio, and a post here and here about the measure.

With recent openstudio/openstudioapplication (anything based on OpenStudio >= 3.0.0), you can directly use the ZoneHVAC:WindAndStackOpenArea by dragging and dropping from the Library onto your ThermalZone:

Realized it's missing an icon, so opened https://github.com/openstudiocoalitio... to fix it. Help welcome.
