\ruby-2.5.0\x64-mswin64_140\ruby/config.h(4,1): fatal error C1189: #error: MSC version unmatch: _MSC_VER: 1924 is expected.

@riteshsahoo we need more information to help you. What software tool are you using? What steps are you taking that cause this error to happen?

You need to update your version of Visual Studio. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

I am using visual studio 2019 community edition for the build.... it gives error in config.h ....
