When I wanna get the output of annual report only. I cannot either (I already set the column separator as HTML). But when get the outputs of annual and month together. I can get all of the stuff. Is that a bug?

Please put a screenshot of your output file in the simulation folder. Anyway it could be a problem in the post-processing, my suggestion is to download the energyplus package again

Are you using EP-Launch to run the simulation? Is the simulation completing successfully? What output files are you getting? If you're using EP-Launch and the simulation completes successfully, what happens when you click the "Table" button on EP-Launch? Alternatively, you can click HTML File from the View Menu.

  1. If I only have Output:year:table, I cannot get HTML (after setting column separator as HTML) through EP-launch
  2. If I have Output:year:table with Output:month:table , I can get HTML through EP-launch.
  3. If I have Output:year:table with Output:variable, I cannot get HTML through EP-lauch. E+8.7

instead of Output:year... try Output:Table:SummaryReports, AllSummary; that should give you all the annual reports as well as other reports you may/not need. this, along with OutputControl:Table:Style, HTML; should produce the html output you're looking for.

I solved this problem by changing my HTML browser.

At your EP-Launch interface, click View->HTML Browser, Clear the current browser, and the new path for me is C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe.

Hope it helps you.
