Is the OpenStudio website operational? Can't create new account.

I've tried several times now to set up an account on OpenStudio.net. I never receive the password email. No response when attempting to reset the password either. Messages sent through their "Contacts" page go unanswered.

Yes, it should be working, if you have not yet please check in your junk mail for confirmation email. If you don't find that there, please send your username and the email you registered with to OpenStudio@nrel.gov and we can take a look at your account.

I have the same problem. Can't login or create a new account. Can't download PAT for these reasons.

Anyone who has not yet, please send an email to OpenStudio@nrel.gov. In the body of that email please enter the email address you used to register and the user name. We can try to push password change manually and send you the password. It may take us a little time to get to these.

UPDATE: We have addressed the account login issues on our website. If you have had issue but have not gotten an email from us, please try again to request a password reset, or to create a new account if you do not have one yet. It should be working now. Thanks,

We will address this account issues you are having but beyond that I just wanted to share alternate public download locations from the release section of the GitHub repositories. You will need to scroll down to the assets section after the release notes. Then pick the installer matching your platform. Don'd choose the source code options.

The OpenStudio CLI can be downloaded from
https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/releases

The OpenStudio Application can be downloaded from
https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudioApplication/releases

PAT can be downloaded from
https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio-PAT/releases

and the SketchUp Plugin can be downloaded from
https://github.com/NREL/openstudio-sketchup-plugin/releases

Note that The OpenStudio Application and PAT already contain the OpenStudio SDK, so unless you intend to use the OpenStudio SDK on its own you don't need to download that. Additionally to use the OpenStudio SketchUp Plugin, in addition to needed SketchUp, you also need to have the OpenStudio Application.

In the future if anyone has issues logging into https://www.openstudio.net/please email OpenStudio@nrel.gov and in the body of the message list the email you used to register and your user name.
