view_data measure fails in OS application 1.0.0

I tried using the View Model and view_data measure and used with OpenStudio App v1.0.0 - View Model works but view_data fails immediately before any actual simulation happens. Some of the errors I get are:

[12:26:59.446645 ERROR] wrong constant name
[12:26:59.446710 ERROR] :/ruby/2.5.0/gems/openstudio-workflow-2.0.0/lib/openstudio/workflow/util/measure.rb failed with message Error requiring measure :/ruby/2.5.0/gems/openstudio-workflow-2.0.0/lib/openstudio/workflow/util/measure.rb. Failed with wrong constant name ...

(I comment about this in an old question but thought it makes sense as it's own post)

This is the change that broke the measures in 3.0. I've fixed it and released new packages here. I have not pushed these new changes to the BCL, need to discuss the best plan to do that with NREL.
