Does OpenStudio support EnergyPlus::PlantEquipmentOperationSchemes?
In OpenStudio version 2.9.1 I am trying to stage multiple chillers and cooling towers in a central plant to operate using a sequential load distribution. One chiller and one cooling tower are taking a bulk of the load and the others run only for a very limited time. Based on similar questions found in this forum, I think that the EnergyPlus::PlantEquipmentOperationSchemes needs to be implemented. Is this supported in openstudio?
