Does OpenStudio support EnergyPlus::PlantEquipmentOperationSchemes?

In OpenStudio version 2.9.1 I am trying to stage multiple chillers and cooling towers in a central plant to operate using a sequential load distribution. One chiller and one cooling tower are taking a bulk of the load and the others run only for a very limited time. Based on similar questions found in this forum, I think that the EnergyPlus::PlantEquipmentOperationSchemes needs to be implemented. Is this supported in openstudio?

The PlantEquipmentOperationScheme is available in OpenStudio, though you may need to set fields with the OS SDK rather than the OS App.
