ExpandObjects Program Error

Hi,

I am trying to run a model with HVAC Template in EnergyPlus 9.1 but the following error message keeps appearing. Anyone knows how to fix it?

Do you have a program called "ExpandObjects.exe" in your EnergyPlusV9-1-0 folder?

Yes I do have it.
