I have tried to Radiance model and have same error. I have checked the illuminance map and its their in sketch up model. However when I import it to open-studio, geometry section 3d view I can only see the model but cant see the map. Wondering should I able to see the map and sensor also in open studio geometry section. As I cant see them in OS, I am getting this error? I have tried my best but I cant import the sensor but only the 3d geometry. What is the way to import everything from sketch up to OS.

Support for Radiance in OpenStudio has always been spotty, at best. Illuminance maps are one of many Radiance-related objects that were never properly supported in the app. You can only create and modify illuminance maps in the plugin. ASSUming the map is created properly and linked to a zone, etc, it will export correctly to Radiance format when the Radiance Measure runs. You just can't view it or its properties in the app.
