Is there any free sketch up pro version which will work with open studio. I downloaded sketch up pro 2017 however after 1 month it is asking me the license number.

For more information, this post discusses SketchUp versions that work with OpenStudio applications, whether it was managed by NREL (before v3.0 application) or by the OpenStudio Coalition (v3.0 application and later).

I believe you will need to use Sketch Up Make 2017 to use the OS plugin. This doesn't include all of the functionality of Pro, but it is free. Older versions of Sketch Up can be found here:

Unfortunately, this no longer applies, as SketchUp versions older than two years can no longer be downloaded.

For Make 2017, maybe try in other languages - French, Deutsch, Italian, etc. Not sure how long these links may remain up and running, though. I believe only the web page here is translated - you should be able to run Make in English ... it's been a while.

Versions older than two years ago can no longer be downloaded from SketchUp, FYI. Their website says it here: https://help.sketchup.com/en/make-access
