You can search for any output variable in the Input Output Reference. This comes as a PDF in C:/EnergyPlusvXXX/Documentation (where XXX is the version that you have installed), or you can search through it in a web format and use the "Google Custom Search" window in the upper right corner.
Surface Inside Face Conduction Heat Transfer Rate is related to the conduction of heat through an opaque surface's material layers to the inside face touching the zone (as opposed to the outside face touching outdoor air, another zone, or whatever boundary condition is applied there). A positive value means that heat is flowing toward the inside face, and a negative value means heat is flowing away from the inside face. There is a similar conduction heat transfer rate output variable for the outside face or the average of both inside and outside faces.
