how to simulate movable roof shading

Dear all, I want to add a movable shading on the roof, please see the picture below.

       which component should I use and how can I realize this? 

       Any help would be appreciate, thank you!

Have you tried with the WindowShadingControl object? You´d also need to define a WindowMaterial:Shade WindowMaterial:BlindorWindowMaterial:ComplexShade.

I can´t see if your roof is a transparent or opaque surface. The Shading control object only works for transparent Subsurfaces (ie windows or skylights).

It seems I have to add a window glass and then can use the shading control schedule.Thank you for your help.
