Have you tried with the WindowShadingControl object?
You´d also need to define a WindowMaterial:Shade WindowMaterial:BlindorWindowMaterial:ComplexShade.
I can´t see if your roof is a transparent or opaque surface. The Shading control object only works for transparent Subsurfaces (ie windows or skylights).
