I haventaven't got a clear idea of district heating and cooling. Can I consider district systems like a "machine" with an COP and EER of 1? For example, If I have this outputs and i want to use a heater of COP 0.8, Can I just multiply the District heating output with 0.8? Thank you.

Yes, the DistrictHeating and DistrictCooling objects output total energy transfer, so if you know your district systems annualized COP for heating and cooling you can multiply that by the district output to get total energy use.
