EnergyPlus Water-to-Water Heat Pump Parameter / Coefficient Generator

I am working on a E+ energy model with water-to-water heat pumps and am trying to generate curves for the heating and cooling water-to-water heat pump objects. I would like to use the "Water-to-Water Heat Pump Parameter / Coefficient Generator" in the AuxiliaryPrograms documentation and it says that the Excel curve generator files are at energyplus.net/extras. When I go the website I get an access denied message even though I am logged into my E+ account. Does anyone know where the WaterWater_PE_Cooling.xls and WaterWater_PE_Heating.xls spreadsheets are or have a copy they could send me?

They are on the EnergyPlus helpdesk here. If that link doesn't work, go to the knowledgebase. Click on "Parametric Spreadsheets for HeatPump WatertoWater WatertoAir".

Hi, following any of your links, I get the following message: "License has expired! Expiry: 15 Oct 2021 12:00:00 AM"

Any ideas where to look?

@JasonGlazer I can confirm that http://energyplus.helpserve.com/ gives the "License has expired!" message.

@furtonb it looks like the new URL for the EnergyPlus helpdesk is https://energyplushelp.freshdesk.com/.... It looks like the WWHP docs can be found here.
