Have any of you experience getting an "Invalid Arguments" error in IESVE when simulating the Title 24 compliance module?

We cannot go on to the next step of fixing the model when we cannot get passed the "Invalid Arguments" error. We sent the cabinet file to their support team and they are able to run the model. I don't know what it could be with our software that it is giving us the error message. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, BethC:\fakepath\error1.png C:\fakepath\error2.png

Can you post an image of the error you are getting? And confirm what version of IES-VE you are using, and what version of CBECC-Com you have installed?

Thank you for your response. I attached two screenshots in the original post. We are using Feature Pack 2 Version 2018.2.0.0 VE compliance 7.0.11.0 Title 24:5.0. CBECC version installed is 2016.2.1 (868) per IESVE recommendation. The first image shows Access denied to something but since it is too long, the later part doesnt show on the screen so I do not know exactly what it is looking for and if this is related to the Invalid Arguments error message. Thank you in advance for your help.

This looks like computer permissions issues to me.. The first image shows access is denied while trying to access the prototype model data in the Program Files x86 folder. If you have an IT person handy, ask them if your user profile / the software have access to that folder.

For the invalid argument error, I'm not sure off the top of my head.. However, you should be able to hit the "open log file" button to see more info about what caused the sim to end. If it didn't even get that far, it's not even launching the CBECC-Com engine so it's also an installation / setup issue.
