Guys, In the "Ideal load option" measure of the open studio, I have chose "use individual zone design out door air" for out door specification...Than I have defined "design specification outdoor air object " for each zone...but when I run the simulation there is this error:

Error: Unable to find design specification outdoor air for zone 2nd floor bedrooms. Please specify a design specification outdoor air object for the zone, or select None for Outdoor Air Specification.

any idea what is the problem?

Thanks

design specification outdoor air objects get defined at the space or space type level, not at the zone. The error is pretty clear - the model is missing the object. Can you check both your space and space type design specification outdoor air object fields and post a link to the model if you are still getting the error?

The issue is that your model does not contain design day objects. If the model does not include design days, then the .osm to .idf translator does not create zone sizing objects which contain the reference to the design specification outdoor air objects for your zones.

I've updated the measure on BCL to throw an error when design days are missing before it checks the zone sizing objects for the design specification outdoor air.
