Is there a example of how to model heat recovery chiller in E+?

I created a model but it seems the heat exchanger always reduce the hot water temperature thus actually largely increase the heating energy.

The basic scheme is like this: Chiller provides cooling for interior zones in winter, Chiller Condensing Water (CW) run thru HX HX connected in HW loop before boiler to pre heat HW for zone heating or reheat.

But problem I see is that the CW temperature is always lower than HW return temperature thus I am using HW to heat up CW. I dont know if there is a right way of doing it. Thanks

HeatRecoveryElectricChiller.idf in example file folder shows how to model heat recovery electric chiller. It uses mixed water heater to connect heat recovery loop with zone reheat coils.

Thanks Chandan. I wonder if I could do it openstudio or designbuilder. I read the file you mentioned. It seems like there is a direct input for heat recovery loop under Chiller:EIR. But I didnt find those inputs in OS or DB... If I can do it in GUI that would be much better
