DesignBuilder provides a graphical interface to EnergyPlus which enables you to import a CAD floor plan or elevation drawing that you can use to build a model from. You will of course need to input information about the building such as insulation and glazing types, lighting and HVAC. You can find more information on importing CAD plans in the free online DesignBuilder tutorials (see Basic Geometry tutorial 8 here: https://designbuilder.co.uk/training/... ) or from the DesignBuilder integrated Help file here: https://designbuilder.co.uk/helpv6.0/
