Is there any reference building design in different ASHRAE climate zones on BEopt for single family buildings?

I would like to work on single-family buildings. I was just wondering if there is any reference building (prototype building) for different ASHRAE climate zones on BEopt? I know that there are a couple of designs on Energyplus nut I would like to know that whether I can find similar designs on BEopt?

BEopt can generate the "B10 Benchmark" version of a design that represents circa 2010 new construction (see https://www.nrel.gov/docs/fy14osti/60...). Also check out https://resstock.nrel.gov/ if you're interested in modeling existing homes.
