District cooling in IES-VE

I need to input district cooling in my building in APACHEHVAC, I have tried but cannot reach anywhere. Please provide help.

You setup a CHW loop the same as you would if it weren't DES. Then change the chiller curve to be Virtual DES, which makes the curve flat. You will also need to set any components that are in the plant, such as cooling tower, CW pumps, and etc to 0.
