I want to model split air conditioners available in the market for annual simulations. Please let me know if there is an option to generate performance curves for split air conditioners with inverter technology.

EnergyPlus can model an air conditioning system using an inverter but you would need to get performance data, usually from the equipment manufacturer, in order to model it. EnergyPlus has a number of unitary models with AirLoopHVAC:UnitarySystem being the most flexible. Since your equipment has an inverter, it may be a variable refrigerant flow and in that case there are specific models for that type of equipment in EnergyPlus.
