I was creating a post and went to upload an OSM file and got a message that I needed 10 points to do so. I didnt see anything about it in the help section. Ideas?

It does say in the Get started with the Help page that you need 10 karma points to upload a file. What it also says is that voting up or down question or answers gives or takes away from that persons Karma points. Usually 10 points per vote (up or down arrows). Additional points, usually 15 points, are added to users providing answers when a user chooses an answer as the best (check mark next to a question or answer).

You have 1 karma. You need to have at least 10 karma to upload files. I just upvoted the question so you should have 11 points now.
