Heat Recovery Efficiency to Sensible Heat Recovery

Hi, I used to do a lot of PHPP (Passive House design tool) where I input Heat Recovery Efficiency (usually 0,75-0,85). Now I am trying to make a test in Energy Plus and I do not know where to find data for sensible heat recovery. Can I convert the value of Heat Recovery Efficieny to Sensible Heat Recovery?

For air-to-air heat exchangers, you will likely want to use one of two objects in EnergyPlus:
