There is an EnergyPlus weather site that has EPW files for Iran. It looks like the closest site it has data for is Bandar Abbas. A backup option could be to use the EPW file for Abu Dhabi (close to Kish Island within the Arabian Gulf and also right on the coast).

Thanks.It looks good,but these files are different in information, such as wind area information.
