Is there any way to define or control the water mass flow for a direct evaporative cooler in EnergyPlus?

I am using the "EvaporativeCooler:Direct:ResearchSpecial" object but you can't define or control the water mass flow that the evaporative coolers use.

No, there is not a way to model a specified water flow rate. The models assume fully wetted media and consume only the amount of water that evaporates into the air stream. The rest of the water flow is assumed to recirculate.
