I'm working in open Studio, and try to understand the different options for put the infiltration. In the EnergyPlus™ Version 8.9.0 Documentation. Engineering Reference, indicate the 3 differents infiltrations models, I find the first two options (space infiltration effective leakage area) and (Space infiltration design flow rate), but i don't find how to work with the third one (ZoneInfiltration:FlowCoefficient) with Open Studio. I'm working in the 2.5 version. i will be thankful if you help me!

You correctly found the two that are indeed available, but indeed ZoneInfiltration:FlowCoefficient is not wrapped in OpenStudio so you can't use it unless you write an EnergyPlus measure.

Thank you so much for the soon answer, i suppose that also it is only possible to use the airflow network model if i write it an EnergyPlus measure? There is any document that explain which models (in general, thermal analysis, ventilation, light, etc.) it is possible to use in OpenStudio and which need to write an EnergyPLus measure?

I think you supposed wrong here :) Airflow Network stuff seems to be wrapped in OpenStudio, see the SDK object list for OS 2.6.0 here. But you'll need to write an OpenStudio Measure since it is not available in the GUI (OpenStudio Application)
