Unable to export Sketch Up built geometry to EnergyPlus

Hi all, I'm building a model in EnergyPlus and using the Sketch up Legacy OpenStudio plug in to help with the geometry, but every time I build the geometry in sketch up and try to save the document as an IDF file the new geometry I've added is missing from 'BuildingSurface:Detailed' in EnergyPlus. Does anyone know why this is? Thanks in advance.

Legacy open studio is not longer operative from E+ 8.4 (for me) If you have E+ 8.8 or 8.9 you have to install an updated plugin. The new plugin is called Euclid.
