I am not exactly clear about the question. Are you trying to see the energy consumption of Package Heat Pumps with different energy rating?

If so, you can simply change the rating COP and start to produce results.

Some may argue that the performance map (coefficients) of different heat pumps might be different. But for most vapor compression heat pumps, the different is not significant.
