Is it possible to move comments from one answer to another?
This is a relatively new site and I think people are generally used to message boards with a more familiar "thread" style rather than the "Q&A" style here. Because of this, it appears that people sometimes reply as a comment to whichever answer is at the bottom of a page (example here). This is a problem since the answer which is being commented on may end up being deleted with the loss of the comments attached to it. In the linked example's case it's not a real answer, just a user with the same problem, so arguably it should be converted to a comment too.
So is there a number of karma points above which it becomes possible to move comments from one answer to the another? As pointed out by @Julien Marrec, the list on the help page currently stops at 200 points and misses out quite a few editing abilities that become available at higher levels of karma. If not, could this be introduced?
I don't have the right to do it. But I'm fairly certain true admins like @Neal Kruis can, as well as converting comments to answer. I would almost add to the question seeing the full list of Karma/privilege combos. On the Help page, it stops at 200.
I can delete or edit a comment, but can't move it to another location (short of doing a copy and past with the new location having me as author)
