Is it always included in the (air cooled) compressor energy?

There is cooling energy, but I would expect to see some condenser fan energy under heat rejection. I did not see any way to connect condenser fans, so I assume that the assumption was the condenser fan energy is always rolled up with the compressor.

In EnergyPlus, compressor energy for air-cooled AirConditioner:VariableRefrigerantFlow objects are included under Cooling:Electricity, not HeatRejection:Electricity. You can look at the .mtd output file to see which equipment is included on which meters.
