Failed analysis on Openstudio
Hi everybody! I installed Openstudio and imported a gbXML file from Revit with the material already set. I set also the weather file and the DDY. But when I run the analysis after the first three steps "Failed." show up in red characters. I tryed to uninstall (Ialso had a problem with that, but we're gonna ignore it for now) and reinstall the software. The first time the analysis run, it worked. But not from that time on. "Failed." continued to show up. What's wrong?
Please retag with existing tags, looks like you are using OpenStudio, so see this post about simulation errors. Once you know what the specific error is then update you question with more details if you can't identify and fix the cause. You don't need to re-install, If the simulation worked at first and then stopped working, it is likely something inadvertently changed in your model.
Hi David! About the topic you linked me above: my analysis show me the failed sign right after the "Starting simulation". I got no more details than that. I don't know how to attach images but the same exact file works on another computer. So I guess it's a software issue...?
And I got no .err file in the run folder. The only resembling file is "failed" that says only one line: Failed Workflow 2017-11-02 10:53:41 +0100
