The Add Wind and Stack Open Area measure I see on BCL has a user argument for OpenArea and window height. It loops through zones looking for exterior walls. The measure could be updated, or a new measure written that looks for operable windows vs. exterior walls, and tracks the open area and average height for each zone.

@David Goldwasser thank you for your answer. my building dimension all in feet, is it possible to change the unit for " wind and stack open area" from meter to feet while editing the window dimension.
