I am getting an error regarding degenerate surfaces. How can I find these surfaces in my model?

The error message is:

"* Severe * GetSurfaceData: There are 18 degenerate surfaces; Degenerate surfaces are those with number of sides < 3. * ~~~ * These surfaces should be deleted." Is there a way I can find these surfaces in my model and fix this error?
