I use EnergyPlus for modeling a rectangular box, I need to identify the the values for Cooling COP using Chiller systems and Heating COP for Chiller system or Split AC units for heating. Also, provide me with reference for this values.

Regards ..

I don't know if you want to use it for project specific, or just for your own research. If your own research, you can use ASHRAE 90.1- standards. You can also connect with the manufacturers to provide you the cut-sheets if you are interested in a specific system.

For my research, I am an civil engineer, I don't have any experience in Mechanical systems. Now I perform simulation for energy consumption and i need to identify the values for COP for both heating and cooling.

Is this for an existing building or a new building?

ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2013 stipulates minimum equipment efficiencies for many types of HVAC equipment, listed in Table 6.8.1. If you don't have a copy of the standard, you can see the tables here on the FEMP website.
