Has anyone come across this issue where the total load from coil:heating:water does not add up to nominal capacity of both the Boilers? infact the load is exactly twice!

I would bet that if you click on each of your boilers and look at the field Sizing Factor you will find a value of 1.
 
If you have two boilers, you should put 0.5 for each if you want both to be sized as half the plant loop load.
