OpenStudio: Raw Data CSV Location

CSV files (or other data formats) for ResultViewer are located where? In particular, I am interested in the data represented in the OpenStudio Results Summary, and in 15 minute interval performance data. And is it clear as to how the data is formatted, or is there an online resource that indicates what each column references?

ResultsViewer is looking at a SQLite database found in the EP output folder, not a CSV file.
