In OpenStudio, what should we use from BCL components and measures to accurately model vintage SoCal buildings from the 1960s-70s, and then apply CA Title-24 upgrades to the building stock as opposed to the ASHRAE 189.1 defaults?

This first version of the DEER input assumptions was included in OS 2.5.0, and it has continued to be improved in subsequent releases.
