I specified my RH under my thermal zones but it seems that my simulation results are not taking that into consideration. Most of my thermal zones spend most of there hours with RH<30% Even though i set max: 60% and min:40%

The thermal zone is where you define what you want the zone RH to be, but that doesn't mean the systems that affect zone RH know to control humidity in those zones. For that, you need additional input. I've described the required input for a chilled-water air loop system here. The idea will be generally the same for other air loop-based systems; for other system or component types I recommend reading the Input/Output Reference.
