I am studding if real interior and exterior temperature and humidity can improve E+ models. I think it is very easy and cheap to extend a sensors net in buildings, based in microcontrollers (I am using Arduino, which is really easy and cheap), save temperature and humidity in epw format (at less exterior conditions), and use it in my model, but I am not sure in which way. It could be I fix zones temperature and humidity where I am using the sensors.

My intuition say me all I measure is good for the model.

The traditional way to use this measured data is to compare it to simulated data and then calibrate selected model inputs to minimize differences between these streams. This is an iterative compute-intensive process, but there are several packages that will do this for you automatically. Perhaps more interestingly, the next version of EnergyPlus (due out at the end of the month) has a new research feature called "HybridModel" where a selectively inverted heat-balance equation actually takes the zone temperature stream as input and uses it to calculate infiltration and internal thermal mass directly. This partially calibrated model can then be used as the starting point for a more traditional calibration process.

Fantastic. In this case, I think both models should leave from exterior measured temperature and humidity in epw format, this will improve the model.
