Two chilled water loop with different temperature

Hi, I have a building that has 2 chilled water loop with different loop temperature. Each is cooled by a water-to-water heat pump and providing chilled water to different equipment. Is it possible to have 2 separate chilled water loop with water-to-water heat pumps rejecting heat to the same hot water loop in EnergyPlus?

Yes, you can have supply equipment on different loops share the same condenser loop as demand equipment.

Thanks. As my heat pumps are connected to the same condenser loop and hot water loop but to different chilled water loops, is it still possible to set up 2 central heat pump system and connect them as designed?

Build the two chilled water loops and then put two heat exchangers on the demand side of those those loops that are supply components to your condenser water loop.
