Between "external" and "internal", sunrise and sunset are offset by an hour in the illuminance file when running the PAT with Radiance. Which is correct? C:\fakepath\Untitled.jpg

Oh yeah, the interior values are the ones that are offset; we should fix that. We'll do that. Soon, yeah. Definitely. Sorry.
